Holland Marie Roden is an American actor best recognized for her character Lydia Martin in MTV's teenage drama "Teen Wolf". She has also appeared in Syfy's horror drama "Channel Zero Butcher's Block" as Zoe Woods. Born in Dallas, Texas on the 7th of October 1986. Her siblings and parents were the ones to raise her. Holland Roden attended the Hockaday School which is a girls' private school for girls. Her family is comprised comprising medical experts who are involved with UCLA's women and molecular studies. Holland Roden spent a few months studying medicine because she wished to be a cardiothoracic surgery. Then she decided to go into the acting world. Holland Roden achieved success in film and TV series. Her most memorable roles have been recognized with numerous awards. She was in the 2008 film "Lost" in the role of Emily Locke. Also, she was featured in "Bring The Show On" film "Fight to the Finish". Between 2008 and 2010, Holland Roden gave guest appearances in television shows, such as; Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, Case, Weeds, and others. In the beginning of 2011, Holland Roden worked in the MTV's teenage drama called "Teen Wolf" in which she appeared as Lydia Martin for which she received a lot of praise. The viewers praised her for the amazing performances she gave in different films and television shows.
